When your belly shows signs of expanding, gently massage the butter onto your belly, breasts and thighs twice daily during pregnancy and for 12 weeks after the birth. Ensure skin compatibility by testing the product on a small area of the skin first. Stop using if irritation occurs. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. External use only
