This page presents the applicable General Conditions of Sale which condition the use and the purchases made on the website getmeglow.ch

The General Conditions of Sale define the contractual relationship between:

Get Me Glow Sàrl, in Geneva, rue d’Aoste, 7, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, company registered under the number CHE-199.915.794.

Hereinafter referred to as "Get Me Glow" or the "site"

And

Any natural or legal person using or making a purchase on the site

Hereinafter referred to as "customer"

Contract and payment: 

When the Customer proceed with the order and finalizes with the payment, the Customer will immediately receive a summary of the order by e-mail.

These steps form a firm order, so a contract takes effect immediately. 

Nevertheless, Get Me Glow reserve the right to refuse an order in the following cases:

If the customer would be in dispute with Get Me Glow, estimate by Get Me Glow of risk of fraud or default of payment.

If Get Me Glow is not required to deliver items when we are unable to obtain items from our suppliers or are out of stock.

In this case Get Me Glow will immediately refund the Customer.

Prices:

The prices listed on the website are firm and final and include VAT in force.

Orders:

The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by Get Me Glow.
