Any Customer may request the exchange of his product within 14 days from the date of the order.
Returns of orders shipped are the responsibility of the Customer. Therefore, Get Me Glow is not responsible in case of loss, delay, damage or destruction of the product during the shipment.
If any case of the below occurs, Get Me Glow will not proceed with the refund nor exchange of the product.
The products which have been ordered during sale promotions cannot be returned.
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact and unopened.
To request a return, the Customer must send an email to Get Me Glow on firstname.lastname@example.org, with the details below:
Name and surname
Number and date of the order
Article concerned by the return
Get Me Glow will indicate the return address to the Customer once we receive the informations above.
After checking the returned product and if it fits the above criteria, Get Me Glow will send the customer a voucher with the value of the product within a maximum of 7 days.
The voucher will be valid for a period of 1 month.
The legal warranty for defective products applies.
In the case of a recall by a supplier or a defect found by Get Me Glow between the order and shipping, Get Me Glow will offer the exchange of the reference or refund of the article concerned.
In the context of one-off offers and sale promotions, Get Me Glow offers promotional codes of limited duration and under limited conditions.
These codes are valid only once per customer and per order and some products or brands may be excluded from these offers.
No credit or refund can be made by taking into account these codes.
